Managing Director

Mr. D. Sandeep Reddy holds the position of managing director and mentor at Accomplish Academy. His extensive understanding of education, complemented by his MBA, drives a vision of academic rigour, practical application and outcome-oriented teaching.

He establishes guidelines that foster cooperation between industry and academia, advocating career exploration, goal-setting, networking and resource identification. He oversees scheduling, faculty, instructional methods and educational programmes, and his mentorship guides students in their academic pursuits, study habits and career decisions.

Managing Director

Mrs. Harika Reddy brings over a decade of administrative experience and meticulous work management to Accomplish Academy. With a background in M. Pharmacy, she fosters the holistic development of students through comprehensive education and sustained engagement with local, national and global communities.

She upholds academic excellence through continuous assessment and rigorous practice sessions, champions intellectual growth through debates, group discussions and innovative approaches, and ensures the social, cultural and personal growth of students and faculty — instilling a sense of social responsibility across the college community.
